Hi there,
Take a deep breath, I repeat, breathe deeply. It's so frustrating when these little guys learn new motor skills bcs their sleep patterns are almost always interrupted. Not to worry it will pass. Remember to be good to yourself everyday, whether it's a hot shower or planning a beach getaway.
